Ein effizientes Verkaufsteam und die IT industry is one of the most obvious sectors for remote work, covering programming, network management, technical support, software development, cybersecurity and many more. You should be able to find IT remote jobs without a problem, because of the demand on it.
2. Digital marketing
Digital marketing professionals, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing, can easily work remotely using online tools to plan and implement marketing strategies. There are plenty of marketing remote jobs on the labour market, you just need to choose the field in which you find yourself good at.
3. Graphic design and UX/UI
Grafikdesigner and UX/UI specialists can work remotely using software, like for example photoshop, to design and communicate with clients and design teams online.

In digital marketing, “the annual salary typically ranges around $45,000, making it an ideal stepping stone to embark on your remote work journey”. While in the IT industry the annual salary is “ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 and does not mandate a college degree”.

Portals offering various types of job opportunities are plentiful. The most popular portal is LinkedIn, which brings together multitudes of professionals from every field. On this platform you can build your professional profile, which, if polished, can attract the attention of potential employers.
Another place to look for remote work is Remote.co. This is a site that specializes in remote job listings in various categories, from programming to writing and design.
Stack Overflow is a portal known to programmers that offers a job section where remote listings often appear. The industries that this portal mainly focuses on are Programming and Software Engineering.
For freelancers, platforms such as Upwork, Toptotal und Freelancer are good places to look for remote work. A lot of organizations are looking for qualified professionals there, and they are willing to pay more for the person they are looking for.
Each of these platforms has its own unique features and specialties. It’s important to prepare for the application process – update your resume, tailor your cover letter for remote work and be ready for online interviews. Checking employer and project reviews on sites like Glassdoor can also help you make an informed decision about your application.

“My adventure with remote working realistically started with Lockdown. Then we all ‘switched’ from compulsion to such a mode and it has stayed that way with me until now. During Pandemic, I took a risk and switched from one employer to several clients. In my situation (large family), the remote working mode gives me incredible flexibility, but also the comfort for my family that I am always ‘on hand’. The important thing, however, is that you also need to have the right conditions in place to work remotely. The basis is a dedicated and relatively isolated place for such work, allowing, for example, unhindered participation in various online meetings. Occasional guests at video conferences are “ok”, but the frequent switching off of the camera/microphone due to background events can annoy the other meeting participants. In conclusion – I personally in my life model cannot imagine going back to the office.”

“Remote working offers flexibility, time savings, comfort and greater focus. However, it is important to set an appropriate time frame and maintain discipline to avoid distractions and maintain a work-life balance.“

“Remote working takes some getting used to. It is not for everyone – it is worth having a separate space in your apartment/home dedicated to work. I think it is crucial to have a dedicated space just for work. This helps you focus and avoids the temptation to rest.
Working remotely also requires setting limits – sometimes it is easy to work non-stop. End of work at 5pm? This is not necessary, as we are in our own office and there is no imposed end time. However, we have to be careful and stick to a set schedule.“
